The special meeting was called to order at 8:15 PM. Members present were Carlson,
Leroux, and LaValle. Absent were Bjorum and Lease.
Board. of Audit: Motiom made and seconded that audit of Village Water Dept.
Books be approved as reviewed. Motion carried.
Motion made- and seconded tha audit of Village Re;ular Account be approved
as reviewed. Motion carried.
Motion made and seconded that two $5,000.00 certificates be purchased from
Village General Fund for one year. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:32 PM.
