The special meeting was called to order at 7:20 DU by i.mayor Lease.
Roll call of officers: Lease, Leroux, Smith present, Uartin, LaValle
absent.
The purpose of the meeting is to prepare the budget for City of Yugo
for 1975, and any other business that :.Ey come before Council. (Sewer
assessment-;,'bite Bear Rod c: Gun Club assessment. )
Potion made and seconded that assessment hearing for Sewer be October
11 , at the Hugo Elementary School at 0:00 I , or an alternate of October
10 at the City Hall at c3:00 PI1. 1•Totio-2_ carried.
I lotion made and seconded that Clerk publish ITotice of Hearing in the
'orest Lake Times for Sanitary Sewer Hearing and that notices be mailed
to all persons 'paving parcels in said area being assessed. Notion carried.
I"ayor Lease directed the Clerk to inform Building Inspector not to issue
White Bear Rod Gun Club a building permit as per Article ` 19 of their
Special Use Permit, requirement for a : 25,000.00 Bond has not been met,
driveway access permit has not been received by City of Hugo, and on-site
sewer drawings have not been presented.
Assessment of ''mite Bear Rod Gun Club for environ:rental assessment
studies were reviewed. Ea ;i.onal Biocentric, Inc. submitted a bid of ::;2,000
Cerald E. Sunde Consulting :nzineer, a bid for '``3,500.
Hotien made and seconded that negotiations be made for environmental
assessment study for White Bear Rod Guns Club with National Biocentrics
including land values, not to exceed :,2,500. I Totion carried.
Motion made and seconded to extend the meeting beyond the 11 :00 Pii limit.
