The Special Meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Acting Mayor
LaValle. Those present were: LaValle, Leroux, Schletty. Lease and Smit.
absent.
Purpose of the meeting was to work on the sewer service charges to the city.
Members of the Council reviewed three (3) plans submitted by Kuusisto0 and
Burkard.
Motion made and seconded that plan two (2) be reviewed by Kuusisto and
Ehlers for the feasibility use of plans for the City of Hugo. Motion Carried.
Motion made and seconded that Clerk Burkard check the number of employees for
firms in Bald Eagle Industrial Park, and that Kuusisto review method of
charges for Industrial Park. Motion Carried.
Motion made and seconded that clerk review water charges with reference to
45,000 gallon usage cut-off point at approximately .400 per thousand.
Motion Carried.
Motion made and seconded to set up utility fund combining sewer and
water funds. Motion Carried.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 9:27 P.M.
