JANUARY 27, 1975 MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL AUDIT MEETING
CITY OF HUGO 1 3
Meeting called to order for Board of Audit at 7:00 PM. Members present
were: Lease, Leroux, Schletty. Members absent: LaValle and Smith.
Motion made and seconded that the Village Financial records, as presented
by Clerk Burkard and Treasurer Bernier, as audited by City Council be
approved. Motion Carried.
Motion made and seconded to cash $80,000 Certificate of Deposit from First
National Bank of Stillwater and that $71 ,565.48 plus interest, be re-in-
vested for 30 days with balance be credited to sewer construction fund.
Motion Carried.
Motion made to adjourn at 9:10 P.M. Motion Carried.
