TIME: 2:00 P.M. September 18, 1975
PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty
Clerk Burkard read the published notice of the advertisement
of bids for the Street and Storm Sewer Improvement of
1975-1 and proceeded to open the bids, results as per
attachment.
MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adopt Resolution
1975-31 a Resolution receiving bids on street and storm
sewer improvements of 1975-1 and deferring action th erecf.
VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to have Attorney
Johnson prepare temporary property easement for
the property owners of James Wisner, Frank Hovald
and Leonard Charpentier.
VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to have a meetip.g
on September 24, 1975 at 7:00 P.M. to further consider
the bids and the financeing of the street and storm sewer
improvements and any other items.
VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adjourn meeting
at 3:02 P.M.
VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.

RESOLUTION 1975-31
EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, MINNESOTA
HELD: September 18, 1975
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on
the 18th day of September, 1975, at 2 : 00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present :
Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty
and the following were absent :
Member Lease introduced the follow-
ing resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS ON STREET
AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS OF 1975-1
AND DEFERRING ACTION THEREON
WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for
street and storm sewer improvements of 1975-1, sealed bids for
said improvements have been publicly opened, read aloud and
considered by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it advisable to defer
final action on said bids; r
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, that the City Council defer
final action on said bids.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly seconded by member LaValle and
upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty
and the following voted against the same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Clerk of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTI-
FY that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the date therein indicated with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same re-
lates to a resolution receiving bids on street and storm
sewer improvements of 1975-1 of said City and deferring action
thereon.
