A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HTE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (MNDOT) TO COMLETE A SPEED STUDY ON 125TH
STREET BETWEEN GOODVIEW AVENUE AND COUNTY STATE-AID
HIGHWAY NO 7
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo is interested in reviewing the speed
limit on 125th Street between Goodview Avenue and County State -Aid Highway No. 7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that it should and
hereby does request that MnDOT complete a speed study on 125th Street between
Goodview Avenue and County State -Aid Highway No. 7 for the purposes of determining
the proper speed limit(s) within the corridor.
Adopted by the City Council this 21" day of September, 2015.
