TIME: 7:27 P.M.
PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Schletty, and Smith.
Leroux appointed secretary.
ABSENT: NONE
The purpose to discuss the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
Howard Kuusisto to send report to developer with twelve conditions
or recommendations. Attorney to research question of environmental
assessment because of water retention on site.
Next phase of development - refer to zoning - 290-8, Subd. C.
Valley View was discussed.
MOTION: Marvin made motion, seconded by Lease to adjourn meeting
at 10:00 P.M.
VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, LaValle, Schletty, and Smith.
