11 , 1976 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
TIME: 7:15 P.M. SPECIAL MEETING
PRESENT: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
Howard Kuusisto, Engineer, G. Koland, Maintenance.
ABSENT: LaValle
A special meeting was held to determine the work schedule for the road
work in Hugo.
DUST CONTROL: It was suggested that those that wanted oiling should
purchase a permit at a suggested fee of $15.00 from City Hall,
which should be advertised through the local newspapers of Forest
Lake and White Bear Press.
STOCKPILES: Barton has a stockpile for sale as well as Fisher.
It was suggested to get a firm figure for the purchase of the Fisher
stockpile and on what terms.
SCHEDULED Estimates; as per attached list:

29 Europa 4,900.00
22 Homestead 4,900.00
Purchase stockpile 3,500.00
Culvert correction on

Above estimates in conjunction with using the dirt from
the Street Improvement Project.
