ORDINANCE 1992-274 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The zoning Classification of the real property described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the north quarter corner of Section 29; thence south, along the east line of said N1/2-NW1/4, a distance of 825 ft; thence west, a distance of 362. 5 feet to the center of a drainage ditch; thence North 26 degrees 14 minutes West, along said drainage ditch, a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning ; thence North 40 degrees 59 minutes West, and continuing along said drainage ditch, a distance of 908 feet, more or less, to a point on the north line of Section 29, distant 1020.3 feet west of the north quarter corner of Section 29; thence east, along said north line, a distance of 471 .7 feet to a point on said north line, distant 548.6 feet west of the north quarter corner of Section 29, which point is the point of beginning of a roadway easement as described in easement deed dated October 20, 1941 , recorded October 21 , 1941 in Book 136 of deeds, page 607, in the office of the register of Deeds, Washington County, Minnesota; thence southeasterly, along said road center line, a distance of 266 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with a line that bears North 11 degrees 31 minutes East from the point of beginning ; thence South 11 degrees 31 minutes West, along said line, a distance of 595 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning , containing 5.6 acres, more or less, and subject to County Rd. No. 8A along the northerly line, also subject to the existing drainage ditch along the southwesterly line thereof , all be changed from its existing classification in Retail Business District (RB) to a classification in the Single Family Urban District (SFU) . The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district classification for the above described property, as set forth in this ordinance. , | EFFECTIVE DATE.
