ORDINANCE 1991-271
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF THE HUGO
CITY CODE ENTITLED "BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION" ,
ARTICLE I-BUILDING CODES |

The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County , Minnesota, hereby
ordains:
1 . Delete the last sentence of Article I , Subd . 40-1 , which reads: "Said
Minnesota State Building Code is hereby adopted in its entirety" , and
insert the following in lieu thereof : Said Minnesota State Building
Code, Chapters 1300 to 1370, and the Uniform Building Code 1988
Edition , are hereby adopted , including 1988 UBC Minnesota State
Amendments, with the exception of optional Section 1305.6905 Appendix
Chapter 38.
2. Delete Article I , Subd . 40-38 and Subd . 40-39, establishing Building
Permit Fee Schedule, and insert the following in lieu thereof : All
building permit and related fees shall be established by Council
resolution .
3. Add the following to Article I , Subd . 40-4, Percolation Tests: All
individual sewage treatment systems shall be installed pursuant to
City Ordinance 89-256, as amended .
4. Except as amended herein , Chapter 40 shall remain in full force and
affect

5. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and
publication '
Upon roll call , Council members voting AYE Brunotte, Jesinski ,
McAllister, Miron , Stoltzman
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 20th day of
May, 1991 .
