AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 220 OF THE HUGO CITY |

CODE ENTITLED "PARKS" BY CHANGING THE TIME OF PARK
CLOSING FROM MIDNIGHT TO 11 :00 PM.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, does hereby ordain :
In Chapter 220-2, delete "between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00
o' clock A.M. , and insert the following : "between the hours of 11 :00 P.M.
and 6:00 A.M.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after
its adoption and publication .
Upon roll call , Council members voting AYE: Brunotte, Jesinski ,
McAllister, Miron , Stoltzman
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of
August, 1991 .
