ORDINANCE 1991-273
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "LIQUOR,
BEER, AND WINES" BY DELETING REFEREENCE TO "BOND" REQUIREMENTS
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
does hereby ordain :
Delete in its entirety , Chapter 150, Section 150-5, entitled "Bond" .
In 150-7, Subd . A, entitled " Investigation" delete "together with the bond
furnished by the applicant, "
EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
adoption and publication .
Upon roll call , Council members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Jesinski ,
Miron , Stoltzman

Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 21st day of
October , 1991 .
