ORDINANCE 1989-258
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL SHORELAND
OVERLAY DISTRICT MAP AND AMENDING CHAPTER 320-43
AND 320-44 OF MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT DEALS WITH
SHORELAND MANAGEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
1. The shoreland designations on the Official Zoning Map are hereby
repealed, and the Official Shoreland Overlay District Map of the City
of Hugo, be and hereby, is adopted.
2. Chapter 320-43, Subd. B. Shoreland Oyerlay,PjRtQqt shall be amended
by adding the following Q -01 -first paragraph: "A copy of the
official Shoreland Overlay District map shall be retained on file in
the office of the City Clerk for review by the general public."
3. Chapter 320-43, Subd. B.(1) shall be amended by
deleting the words, "underlying this Shoreland Overlay District".
4. Chapter 320-43, Subd. 8(2) shall be amended by deleting
the words, "underlying this Shoreland Overlay District".
5. Chapter 320-43, Subd. B(4) shall be amended by
� deleting the words, "underlying this Shoreland Overlay District".
6. Chapter 320-44, Subd. A shall be amended by deleting the
word, "underlying" in the second sentence of the first paragraph.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and
publication.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: McAllister, Jesinski,
Olson, Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE

5. Chapter 320-43, Subd. 13(4) Prohib-
ited Uses shall be amended by deleting
the words, "underlying this Shoreland
Overlay District."
6. Chapter 320-44, Subd. A Standards
shall be amended by deleting the word,
"underlying" in the second sentence of
the first paragraph.
This Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its adaption and publication.
