ORDINANCE 1989-262
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "LIQUOR, BEER, AND WINES" CHANGING THE
HOURS OF OPERATION IN ARTICLE 14(C).
The
City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington
County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
1. Delete
the following language in Chapter
150-14, Subd. C: "between
the hours
of 10:00 o'clock AM and 12:00
midnight on
Sunday", and
insert
the following in lieu thereof: "between
the
hours of 10:00 AM
Sunday
and 1:00 AM on Monday".
EFFECTIVE
DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
from
and after its
adoption and
publication.
Upon roll
call, the following Councilmembers
voting AYE:
McAllister,
Jesinski,
Olson, Vail, Atkinson
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said Ordinance was declared pass d and adopted this 20th day ol
November, 1989.

AND WINES" CHANGING THE

The City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, hereby
ordains:
1. Delete the following language in

ing in lieu thereof: "between the hours
of 10:00 AM Sunday and 1:00 AM on
Monday."

Jesinski, Olson, Vail, Atkinson
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said Ordinance was de-
clared passed and adopted this 20th day
of November, 1989.
