ORDINANCE NO. 88-248
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY
AND SETTING REQUIREMENTS FOR PLATTING AND DEVELOPMENT
OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF HUGO
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
ordains as follows:
1. ADOPTION - The attached document, entitled "CHAPTER 290 - Subdivision
OF PROPERTY", is adopted by this reference, and shall govern all
applications for subdivision of property filed with the City after
its effective date.
2. REPEAL - Existing Chapter 290 of the Hugo City Code, entitled
"SUBDIVISION" is hereby repealed, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, all applications
for division of property pending prior to the effective date shall
be governed by the provisions thereof until the later of: a) rejection
of the application; b) granting of the application; c) completion by
applicant of all obligations undertaken pursuant thereto; and d) final
disposition of any litigation pertaining to any such application
or contractual relationship established thereunder.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE - This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption by
the City and publication as required by law.
• 4. CITY CODE - At its effective date, this Ordinance shall be incorporated
in the Hugo City Code.
