AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HUGO CITY CODE AND ALLOWING
FOR THE SETTING OF UTILITY RATES, LICENSE, PERMIT,
APPLICATION FEES, AND OTHER CHARGES BY COUNCIL RESOLUTION.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains as follows:
1 . The Hugo City Council may, by resolution, establish utility rates,
permit fees, license fees, application fees, and other charges.
2. All utility rates, license fees, permit fees, application fees,
and other charges previously established by ordinance shall be
superseded if amended by Council resolution to the extent permitted by law.
3. The provisions of this ordinance shall be applicable to all the
chapters, sections, subdivisions, paragraphs, and provisions of
the Hugo City Code.
4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment
and publication.
ADOPTED AND PASSED BY THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL THIS 17th DAY OF February , 1987.
