ORDINANCE 1987-245
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSI-
FICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
The zoning classification of the Real Property described as follows,
to-wit:
That part of Lot 35 of County Auditor' s Plat No. 7 being the North
859.61 feet of the South 1224.2 feet lying easterly of the West 452.2 feet
measured along the South line Easterly from the Southwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 20, T31N, R21W, Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota,
shall be changed from its existing classification in the Industrial
District to a classification in the Single Family Urban District.
The offical zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall
be corrected and amended to show the changes in the Zoning District
Boundaries for the above described property as set forth in this
ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 2ND DAY OF NOVEMBER
