AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF THE REAL DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains:
The Zoning Classificaiton of the Real Property described
as follows, to-wit:
All that part of Government Lot 1 of Section 36, T31N, R21W,
Oneka Township that is encompassed by a line described as
follows; Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 36,
also being the NE corner of said Government Lot 1 , thence
South 0°06'21" East, along the East line of said Government
Lot 1 and said Section 36, as monumented by Washington
County, cast iron monuments on September 17, 1973, for
1749.99 feet, to a iron pipe monument; thence South
89°50'45" West for 8.88 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be described, said point being on the
East line of said Government Lot 1 as monumented in April,
1981 ; thence continuing South 89°50'45" West for 741 .12 feet
to an iron pipe monument; thence South 0°06'21" East for
283.68 feet to an iron pipe monument; thence South 89°50'45"
West for 555.33 feet to the centerline of Keller Avenue North;
thence South 0°07'59" West, along said centerline, for
512.00 feet; thence North 89°50'45" East for 1294.54 feet
to the said East line of Government Lot 1 ; thence North
0°11 '06" East along said East 1981 line, for 795.68 feet
to the point of beginning,
shall be changed from its existing classification within the Conser-
vancy District to a classification in the Agriculture District.
The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk
shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District
Classification for the above described property, as set forth in
this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption
and publication.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 5th DAY OF May , 1986.
