ORDINANCE 1986- 240
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICA'T'ION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains:
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as
follows, to-wit:
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington
County, commencing at the intersection of the easterly R/W
line of MN State Trunk HWY #61 & E-W 1/4 line of said
Section 17, thence northerly along said easterly R/W line
1566 ft to point of beginning of parcel to be described,
thence continuing along said R/W line 100 ft, thence on
deflect angle of 77DEG45' to RT 464.92 ft, thence on deflect
angle of 102DEG15' to RT 100 ft, thence on deflect angle of
77DEG45' to RT 464.92 ft to point of beginning, subject to
road easement over westerly 50 ft. ,
shall be changed from its existing classification in the Retail Business
District to the Industrial District.
The Official Zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk
shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District
Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the
above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
EEHiCTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective from
and after its adoption and publication.
