HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985.03.18 ORD 1985-218 ORDINANCE 1985-218 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : The Zoning Classification of the Real Property Described as follows, to-wit: Government Lot 4, Section 4, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota - Parcel 93004-0040, shall be changed from its existing classification within the AG- RICULTURE district to a classification in the RR2 District. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changed in Zoning District Classification for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
