ORDINANCE 1985-222
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 262 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "ON-SITE SEWER SYSTEMS" BY AMENDING
THE ON-SI'1'L SEWER INSTALLERS LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains:
Section 262-31 , Subd. B, Delete the following in its entirety:
"The annual license fee of the following year."
Insert the following:
Subd. C. License Fee and Expiration. The annual license fee shall
be Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars. Application for such license shall
be made annually on a form furnished by the City. Licenses shall run
from date of issuance until December 31st of the year issued.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF August , 1985.

The City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, hereby
ordains:
Section 262-31, Subd. B, Delete the which is attached was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and
following in its entirety: "The annual
license fee of the following year."
Insert the following: was printed and published once each week, for one successive
Subd. C. License Fee and Expiration.
The annual license fee shall be Twenty-
five ($25.00) Dollars. Application for weeks; it was first published on Thursday ,the 5 day
such license shall be made annually on a
form furnished by the City. Licenses
shall run from date of issuance until of September , 19 85 ,and was thereafter printed and published
December 31st of the year issued.
