AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordain:
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as
follows, to-wit:
The NWA of the NWA of Section 7, T31N, R21W, Washington
County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the South 817 ft
of the west 1242 ft of said NWA of the NWA ,
shall be changed from its existing classification within the Con-
servancy District to a classification in the Agriculture District.
The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City
Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning
Iistrict Classification for the above described property, as set
forth in this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption
and publication.
