Home My WebLink About1984.01.16 ORD 1984-201V: ORDINANCE 201 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as fol- lows, to-wit: That part of the NZ of the SE4, lying Westerly of the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company, together with an ease- ment for ingress and egress to Highway 61 as presently constructed and used along and immediately south of the north line of said NZ of the SWa, all in Section 31 , T31N, R21W. Subject to the reservation of a perpetual easement over and across the Northerly thirty (30) feet thereof for roadway purposes for the benefit of Grantors, their successors, heirs and .assigns, for providing ingress and egress to and for the benefit of the EZ of the SW4 of the NE4 and the SE; of the NE4 lying Westerly of said Railroad right-of-way. Subject to easements, restrictions and covenants of record, if any, Zoning regulations, and regulations of cognizant governmental agencies concerning the premises. According to the United States Government Survey thereof, shall be changed from its existing classification within the RRI District to a classification in the SFE District. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
