AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATION" TO AMEND FORM OF
DELIVERY OF CITY COUNCIL MINUTES.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
In Section 20-3, Subd. B, delete, "and copies thereof shall be deposited
in the United States mail, postage paid, and addressed to each Council
member as soon as practicable after the meeting," and insert the fol-
lowing: The minutes will be delivered at the next regularly scheduled
meeting.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and
publication according to law.
The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be amended to reflect
the within changes upon passage and publication.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF March , 1984.
