AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE BINGO LICENSE FOR THE CITY OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 35 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE EN—
TITLED 'MINGO" .
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains :
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Gaming Commission will be in
charge of all Bingo operations;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED;
1 . The Bingo License for the City of Hugo is abolished.
2. Chapter 35 of the Hugo City Code, entitled "Bingo",
for the purpose of regulating and controling the conduct
of the game of Bingo and to prohibit commercialization.
3. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its
adoption and publication.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 7-'2.4 DAY OF , 1984.
