AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE GARBAGE, RUBBISH AND TRASH LICENSE
FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 120 OF
THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "GARBAGE, RUBBISH AND TRASH" .
The City Council cf the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains;
WHEREAS, Washington County will be licensing all refuse collec—
tion agencies within the county;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED;
1 . The Refuse License for the City of Hugo is abolished.
2. Chapter 120 of the Hugo City Code, entitled "Garbage,
Rubbish and Trash" .
3. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its
adoption and publication.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS /7 DAY OF , 1984.
