HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984.12.17 ORD 1984-215 ORDINANCE NO. /9.1-4/--, AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, AND REPEALING CHAPTER 118 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "GAMBLING" . The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : WHEREAS , The State of Minnesota Gaming Commission will be in charge of all Gambling operations; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: 1 . The Gambling License for the City of Hugo is abolished. 2. Chapter 118 of the Hugo City Code, entitled "Gambling", for the purpose of regulating and controling the conduct of permissible gambling. 3. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and publication.
