HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983.04.04 ORD 1983-190 ORDINANCE 190 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ANIMALS AND ANIMAL CONTROL" BY AMENDING THE IMPOUNDMENT FEE REQUIREMENT. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: In Section 30-7 entitled IMPOUNDMENT FEE, delete in its entirety and insert the followings Any animal impounded hereunder may be reclaimed as herein provided upon payment to the City of Hugo, or its authorized agent, the actual cost of pickup and daily impoundment fccs. EFFECTIVE DA'Z'E. This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law and upon becoming effective shall be incorporated in the City Code.
