AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota, hereby ordains :
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described
as follows to-wit:
The West 725.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter, Section 8, Township 31 North, Range
21 West, City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota.
This parcel contains 20.00 acres, mare or less,
and is subject to the right -of-way of 165th Street
North and is also subject to easements and mineral
reservations of record,
and shall be changed from its existing classification within
the Industrial District to a classification in the Conservancy
District.
The official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the
City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes
in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning
District Classification for the above described property, as
set forth in this Ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its adoption and publication..
