HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983.11.10 ORD 1983-197 ORDINANCE 197 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "LIQUOR, BEER & WINES" TO REPEAL THAT PORTION ONLY ALLOWING AFTER HOURS USE LICENSED PREMISES FOR RESTAURANT FACILITY The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains: Delete Section 150-10, Subd. P, in its entirety and insert the following in lieu thereof: Subd. P. Prohibited after-hours occupancy of use of premises. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, other than the licensee or employees of licensee or independent contractors performing cleaning or maintenance services under written con- tract with licensee, to remain on the licensed premises after 1 :30 o'clock A.M. until 6:00 o'clock A.M. There shall be no consumption of any liquor, beer, or wine by any person or persons, including the licensee and employees of licensee after 1 :30 o'clock A.M. until 8:00 o'clock A.M. EFFECTIVE DATE.
