HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982.09.20 ORD 1982-188 PP • ORDINANCE 188 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to-wit: The Ni of the SE4 and the Si of the NE4 of Section 14, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, shall be changed from its existing classification within the Conservancy District to a classification in the Agriculture District. The official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance° EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and. publication.
