HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981.02.17 ORD 1981-174 1 C � t t 4 - ORDINANCE NO. 174 6 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING USE DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO ACCESSORY STORAGE BUILDINGS. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota , hereby ordains: In Chapter 320-4, entitled "USE DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS" make the following amendments : 1. In Subd. C (2) insert at the end thereof the following: "Private garage not exceeding 720 square feet; farm building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 3600 square feet for parcels of land up to 20 acres, and unlimited for parcels of 20 acres or more, provided in all cases an approved farm/ accessory building site plan meeting requirements of 320-5 Subd. I is first submitted and approved. " 2. In Subd. C (3) after "location" delete " . " and insert in lieu thereof the following: farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of 3600 square feet for parcels less than 20 acres; " 3. In Subd. D(2) at the end thereof insert the following: " ; private garage not exceeding 720 square feet; farm building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 3600 square feet for parcels of land up to 20 acres, and unlimited for parcels of 20 acres or mote, provided in all cases an approved farm/accessory building site plan meeting require- ments of 320-5 Subd. I is first submitted and approved. " 4 . In Subd. D(3) insert at the end thereof the following: farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of 3600 square feet for parcels less than 20 acres. " 5. In Subd. E(2) insert at the end thereof the following: " • farm building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 1200 square feet, provided an approved farm/accessory building site plan meeting the requirements of 320-5 Subd. I is first submitted and approved for building size of less than 1200 square feet. " 6. In Subd. E(3) insert at the end thereof the following : " • farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of 1200 square feet. " • 7. -rIn ••Subd. G(2) insert at the end thereof the following: " ; farm building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 640 square feet, provided an approved farm/accessory building site plan meeting requirements of 320-5 Subd. I is first submitted and approved for building size of less than 640 square feet. " 10. In Subd. G( 3) insert at the end thereof the following: " ; farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of 640 square feet. " 11. In Subd. H(2) insert at the end thereof the following: " ; accessory storage not exceeding 260 square feet. " 12. In Subd. H(3) insert at the end thereof the following : " ; accessory storage in excess of 260 square feet. " EFFECTIVE DATE. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE EFFECTIVE FROM AND ATTER ITS ADOPTION AND PUBLICATION.
