AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY
CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
herby ordains:
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as
follows, to wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of the said Ni of the SW4 of Section 26,
T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed
bearing of N2°38'43" E, along the west line of said SW4 733' ;
thence S87°33' 13" E, a distance of 997.46' ; thence S69°26'48" E,
a distance of 331 .41 ' ; thence S87°33' 13" E, a distance of 202.43' ;
thence S2°26'47" W, a distance of 630.00' to its intersection
with the south line of said NZ of the SW4; thence N87°33' 13" W,
a distance of 1517.43' to the point of beginning. Subject to an
easement for street purposes over the south 33 feet thereof, and
other easements of record, if any
shall be changed from its existing classification within the Agricultural
Zone to a classification in the RRII Zone.
The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk
shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District
Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for
the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption
and publication.
