ORDINANCE 183
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 314 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "WATER" BY INCREASING CERTAIN FEES.
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains:
In Section 314, Subd. 12, entitled "Discontinuance of Service":
The reestablishment of service fee is hereby increased from $5.00
to $20.00.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage
and publication according to law, and upon becoming effective shall
be incorporated in the City Code.
