AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING SPECIAL USES FOR CONCENTRATED
BUSINESS DISTRICT AND THE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO PERMIT
WATCHMEN'S QUARTERS AS A SPECIAL USE.
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains :
In Section 320-4, entitled "Use District Provisions and
Regulations" ,
Subd. K. , entitled "Regulations for the Concentrated Business
District" (CB) , in subparagraph (3) , entitled "Special Uses" ,
after "Motor Vehicle Sales and Service" , insert, "Security
Watchman's Quarters not to exceed 400 square feet" ;
Subd. L, entitled, "Regulations for the Industry District" (I) ,
in subparagraph (3) , entitled, "Special Uses" , after "veterinary
establishments" delete "and" and insert in lieu thereof" ; " ,
and after "location" add, " ; and Security Watchman's Quarters
not to exceed 400 square feet ."
