HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980.01.21 ORD 1980-167 ORDINANCE NUMBER 167 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED "BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION", ARTICLE III, ENTITLED "MOBILE HOME REGULATIONS" TO PERMIT MOBILE HOME TO BE USED AS SECURITY WATCHMAN'S QUARTERS. The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains: In Section 40-12, add Subd. E, as follows: Watchman's Quarters Occupancy by a security watchman in the Concentrated Business (CB) or In- dustry (I) Zoning Districts subject to a permit having been obtained for that purpose, which permit shall be issued, only, after a public hearing and notification of adjacent property owners. Initial and each 90 day renewal fees shall be ($10.00) ten dollars. The permit may be subjected to limitations or conditions as the Council in its discretion may deem necessary for the public welfare. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law, and upon becoming effective shall be incorporated in the City Code.
