HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980.01.21 ORD 1980-169 ORDINANCE NO. 169 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 110 ENTITLED "FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION" FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADJUSTING THE PAY SCALE FOR THE VOLUNTEER MEMBERS FOR RESCUE SQUAD AND FIRE DEPART- - MENT BY RESOLUTION. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains as follows: Delete Chapter 110-8 entitled Pay Scale and insert in lieu thereof the following: "110-8. PAY SCALE. Volunteer members of the Rescue Squad and Fire Department shall be paid for all calls attended on a pay scale to be esta- blished by Resolution of the City Council". . . EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law, and upon becoming effective shall be incorporated in the City Code.
