HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980.02.04 ORD 1980-170 ORDINANCE NO. 170 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, 'Washincton County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to-wit: The West one-half (Wf) of the East two-thirds (E 2/3) of the South one-half (Si) of the Southeast quarter (SE2) of the Southeast quar- ter (SEa) of Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, and the West one-half (W3-) of the East two-thirds (E 2/3) of the Northeast quarter (NE4) of the Northeast quarter (NE4) , Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, except the south 7. 17 acres more or less lying south of Oneka Lake Blvd. shall be changed from its existing classification within the Single Family Estate District (SFE) to a- classification in the Single Family Urban District (SFU) . The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
