The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to wit : That part of the SE1- of SW- of Section 17, Township 31 , Range 21 , described as follows : Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE'r of SW,-, thence North 0°36' 16" East, State Plan Coordinate Bearing, along the quarter section line a distance of 1042.47' to the point of beginning of property herein to be described: thence North 77°47 ' 09"W a distance of 238.93' to the easterly line of State Highway 61 , thence North 12°12 ' 51 " East along the easterly line of State Highway 61 a distance of 100' , thence South 77'47' 09" East a distance of 218.39 ' to the east line of said SE'= of S*, thence south 0°36 ' 16" West a distance of 102.09 ' to the point of beginning. shall be changed from its existing classification with the Concen— trated Business (CB) District to a classification in the Single Family Estate (SFE) District .
