HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979.11.15 ORD 1979-159 ORDINANCE NUMBER 159 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DES- CRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Calssification of the Real Property described as follows, to wit: • That part of the E* of the SW+ of Section 17, T31N, R21W lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad. That part of the 1.4 of the NE4 of Section 8, T31N, R21W lying west of the westerly right-of-way line of the Bur- lington Northern Railroad and lying east of the following described line: Commencing at the NW corner of the NES of NE4 of Section 8 thence south along the west line of said NE* of NE* 620 feet more or less to the point of beginning which point is the intersection of the west line of said NE* of NE+ and the west right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad. Thence due west and perpendicular to the west line of said NE* of NE* a distance of 200 feet. Thence southwesterly along a straight line to a point on the west line of the SW4 of NE* of said section 300 feet north of the SW corner of the SW* of NE*, thence south along said west line 300 feet and thereby terminating. The north 1193 feet of the E of the NW4 of Section 5, T31N, R21W. shall be changed from its existing classification witlthe Conservancy Zone to a classification in the Agricultural Zone. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
