HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979.10.01 ORD 1979-164 • ORDINANCE NUMBER 164 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HUGO CITY CODE DEFINING THE PENALTY FOR MISDEMEANOR. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: 1 . Pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1977, Chapter 355, Section 5, all ordinances of this city which prescribe a maximum fine of $300.00 or imprisonment for 90 days for an ordinance violation shall hereby after be deemed to prescribe a maximum fine of $500.00 or imprisonment for 90 days or both. 2.
