AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY COPT ENTITLED
"ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DES-
CRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL "A"
All that part of the NE4 of Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington
County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the inter-
section of the Easterly right-of-way line of Minnesota State
Highway No. 61, and the East and West quarter line of said Section 17;
thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way- line 766.0 to
the Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described; thence con-
tinuing along said right-of-way line, 900 feet; thence on a
deflection angle of 77045' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a
deflection angle of 102015' to the right, 900 feet; thence on a
deflection angle of 77°45' to the right,464.92 feet to the Point
of Beginning and containing 9.36 Acres, more or less.
PARCEL "B"
Survey of all that part of the NE4 of Section 17, T 31 N,R 21 W,
Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the
intersection of the Easterly right of way line of Minnesota State Trunk
Highway No. 61 , and the East and West quarter line of said Section 17;
thence Northerly along said Easterly right of way line 1727.4 feet to
Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing

77 45' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a defection angle of
102°15' to the right, 300 feet; thence on a defection angle of 77°45'

That part of the NE4 of Section 17, T 31 N, R 21 W,
Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the
intersection of the Easterly right of way line of Minnesota State Trunk
Highway No. 61, and the East and West quarter line of said Section 17;
thence Northerly along said Easterly right of way line 1666 feet to
Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing
along said right of way line, 61.4 feet; thence on a defection angle pf
77 g5' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a deflection angle of
102 15' to the right, 61 .4 feet; thence on a defection angle of 77°45'
to the right, 464.92 feet to the Point of Beginning

to a classification in the Retail Business (RB) District.

The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall
be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and
property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and
publication.
