AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TEE COMBINATION OF TEE OJ ICES
OF CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER AND PROVIDING FOR ANNUAL
CITY AUDITS
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, hereby ordains:
The offices of clerk and treasurer in the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, are hereby combined in the office of clerk-
treasurer.
Beginning with the year in which this Ordinance becomes effective
and each year thereafter, there shall be an audit of the City's
financial affairs by the Public Examiner or a Public Accountant
in accordance with minimum procedures prescribed by the public
examiner.
This Ordinance shall be effective on January 2, 1979, and upon
publication according to law, after its passage.
