HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978.02.21 ORD 1978-150 r ORDINANCE NUMBER 1978-150 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF IFS- CRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to wit : Pt. Southeast 4 of the Southeast t of Section 36, Beginning at the Southeast Corner of SD, Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, shall be changed from its existing classification within the Retail Business (RB) to a classification in the Concentrated Business (CB) District. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boudaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
