Home My WebLink About1977.08.15 ORD 1977-145 r c - ORDINANCE NO. /445 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED, "LIQUOR, BEER & WINES" TO CORRECT THE MINIMUM AGE TO CONFORM TO MINNESOTA STATE LAW AND TO PRESCRIBE REGULATION OF AFTER-HOURS USE OF LICENSED PREMISES. The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains: (1) In Section 150-8 , Subd. A, entitled "Minors" delete "18" and insert in lieu thereof "19" . (2) In Section 150-10, Subd. F, entitled "Prohibited Sales" delete "18" and insert in lieu thereof "19" . (3) In Section 150-10, entitled "Conditions of License" insert new Subdivision P as follows - "Subd. P Prohibited After-Hours Occupancy or Use of Premises. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, other than the licensee or employees of licensee or independent contractors performing cleaning or maintenance services under written contract with licensee, to remain on the licensed premises after 1: 30 o' clock a.m. . There shall be no consumption of any liquor, beer, or wine by any person or persons, including the licensee and employees of licensee after 1 : 30 o'clock a.m. and prior to the next authorized opening for business as herein provided. " (4) The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be corrected to reflect the within changes upon passage and publication of this Ordinance. ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS / DAY OF 044cj , 1977.
