ORDINANCE NO. 1976-128
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 262 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED,
"SEWER SYSTEM" TO EXTEND THE TIME LIMIT FOR CONNECTION TO THE
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota hereby ordains:
1. In Section 262-7 , entitled "Delayed Connection
Charge " as previously amended by Ordinance No. 126 ,
change the final date for connection to the public
sewer system by deletion of "April 1, 1976, " and
insertion in lieu thereof, "September 1, 1976. "
2. The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall
be amended to reflect the within changes upon
passage and publication of this Ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 17 day of 'ebruary, 1976
