AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED
"JUNKYARDS AND AUTO DISMANTLING YARDS:
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains:
In Section 130-4 entitled, "License Fee" after $ insert
