AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING"
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains :
In Section 320-4, entitled "Use District Provisions
and Regulations" , Subd. K, entitled "Regulations for the
Concentrated Business District (CB)" , in subparagraph (3)
entitled "Special Uses" , add "Motor Vehicle Sales & Service" ,
subject to a Special Use Permit.
The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be
corrected to reflect the within changes upon passage and
publication of this ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 24th DAY OF JUNE, 1976.
