Home My WebLink About1976.09.22 ORD 1976-138 �. � ORDINANCE NUMBER 1976-138 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to-wit: That part of the East one-half (E 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) in Section 29, Township 31 , Range 21, lying Northerly of 130th Street, Washington County, Minnesota, shall be changed from its existing classification within the Rural Residential #1 District to a classification in the Agricultural District. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning Distrcit Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
