ORDINANCE NUMBER 1976-139
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, hereby ordains :
The Zoning Classification of the Real Property
described as follows, to-wit:
The North one-half (N 1/2) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 14, Township 31, Range 21,
Washington County, Minnesota,
shall be changed from its existing classification within
the Conservancy District to a classification in the
Agricultural District.
The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of
the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the
changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in
the Zoning District Classifications for the above described
property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be effective fro'!- and after
its adoption and publication.
